Who has a „PlanB“ when crude oil is depleted? This question was the motto of the first business plan contest as announced by the BioCampus Straubing GmbH „PlanB - Biomasse.Business.Bayern“. Start-ups and founder teams from Bavaria were able to submit their business plans in the field of biomass. The five best candidates were invited to pitch their idea at the 27.01.2015 at the start-up center in Straubing in the front of the audience and an independent expert panel.
Combining the evaluation of our tandem-pitch and our business plan resulted in the first nomination of CASCAT. We are especially proud that we were able to convince the members of the chemical industry within the expert panel (Chemie-Cluster Bayern) and they told us that our approach has a great future perspective.
The first price includes a one year business coaching by the Hans-Lindner-Stiftung, 3,000 EUR, as well as one year free rent for business space in the Biocubator in Straubing. This will help us to speed up our vision! We are very grateful to all our supporters, the expert panel as well as our friends!
